A&N Central Penthouse with Terrace Torre del Mar

El apartamento está muy bien situado y el personal de la agencia es resolutivo ante cualquier situación. El apartamento es bonito y las camas son cómodas. La terraza da mucho juego. . Tras la reseña última me puse en contacto con la agencia y me resolvieron todo y fueron resolutivas.

El apartamento tiene muy buenas intenciones pero le aconsejo a la persona propietaria mantenimiento. La terraza tiene muchas posibilidades pero el mobiliario no es muy cómodo, nos subimos las hamacas y bien pero debería poner la comodidad ésta persona. Las camas son cómodas pero el cuarto de dos camas tiene flojas las patas de la cama de abajo y se corre el riesgo de caída. La distribución de las mismas para dormir e ir al baño no es útil. Le daría una vuelta!

Location of this apartment was great, very centric, yet quiet and close to everything, including bus or taxi station. Nice terrace for those that would like to enjoy coffee on the sun,, having washing machine was a big plus for us too staying for 2 weeks. Added bonus of two separate toilets. On top of that I would like to highlight great communication with staff for check in or whenever we encountered some issues, always reactive and polite.

The apartment is a little worn out and would deserve some more maintenance and probably even cleaning. We had to wipe the floors and bathrooms at check in, also found food in drawers in the bedroom and broken glass on the floor and inside drawers (probably from previous guests). I didnt use the nice terrace much, as there were a lot of pigeons every day making it quite dirty. I would say that this is probably personal and if you would be staying for a couple of nights and be out all day long, probably wouldn't care, but staying over 2 weeks I look at the cleanliness and comfort more strictly.
