We had requested for an upper floor apartment and although we had to wait one day we were given that choice. The apartment was compact like before and even had a balcony and fridge and proper amenities. The staff Keshav was also very helpful and always available whenever we needed something.

The property had some construction going on in their building, renovations of the apartments they rent out. It was loud and extremely noisy during the whole day because of the wood cutting high speed wheel. We rented the space because I am a patient undergoing treatment at NIMHANS andbthe place is a very quiet one. Sleep is extremely crucial for my good health. The staff should have at least mentioned that construction work would be underway during our visit so that we could book elsewhere, someplace quiet.

Very small living room, breakfast was included in price but nobody to talk to or gave us the information

The location is central. The building has an elevator and the apartments have fans and air conditioning. The manager gave us another apartment because the previous one was very dark. The apartments are very small (for two people) and are equipped with a kitchenette and a nice bathroom. The manager was very friendly and brought us an Indian breakfast. The whole small apartment was clean and painted. In terms of value for money, it's ok.

There were communication issues between the managers when handing over and returning the keys. Although the location is central, it is certainly difficult to walk around the area, so it is better to use a tuktuk. The photos are not that faithful to reality.

Communication was very poor they don't understand English much We informed them we required a late checkout and they informed it will cost 500 we agreed and when the checkout dat they informed it's unable for late checkout Then we kept our bags in their store room.
