The staff are very friendly and kind and they respond quickly to all needs
The internet is really bad it is very hard to use the internet while at the hotel.

The room was spacious and the sit out was nice too
The room did not have a refrigerator, no laundry services, no tea bags (only green tea was available), out of courtesy the kitchen staff provided a few tea bags, room service staff could barely speak Hindi or English, room cleaning staff did not have a checklist of basics to be replenished like stirrer, sugar, body lotion etc.
It seemed that the rates were hiked up (doubled) due to shortage of good hotels in the area.
