It’s so cozy and such a homely feel . The facilities were amazing . The apartment was clean and the hostess were very kind gave timely info about how to access things
It was close to centre and it can be noisy on weekends nonetheless we weren’t very disturbed but just to keep an eye. There is no air conditioner in the room just a fan we were comfortable enough

Clean, good location, kind staff, easy to arrive.
Facilities aren't prepared for heatwaves or hot weather. Maybe a better/good fan and at medium/long term maybe A/C as climate every year is hotter and hotter. Also, the bed creaks, for us weren't a problem but for other light sleep people could.

The contact with Tatiana was good and Ilya who met us at the property was too.
It was not far to walk from the tram stop and most central attractions and area centres 20 to 30 minutes walk.
The apartment had mostly everything you need. The shower water was hot very quickly.
The welcome drinks in the fridge was a nice touch, thank you.
The apartment decor and fixings could do with a refresh. The flooring was coming apart by the bathroom. The noise from the street at the early hours of the morning was a little too loud even though we were across the road from the police station.
The radiators came on but I could not switch it off, when the valve was turned off it made a loud vibrating noise, So i had to open the window as it was too hot.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is excellent — right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a full day of exploring.
Despite being in a central area, the noise was not disturbing at all when the windows were closed, which was a big plus. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, a great place to stay — we would definitely recommend it and happily come back again.
