Super accommodating couple, friendly and helpful. My daughter and I travelled with her spaniel, and he was given a warm welcome too. Spotlessly clean accommodation, and so conveniently close to King Shaka airport.

The stay was very peaceful. Both host and hostess were lovely people and very accommodating to our needs. Really lovely people and place. I would recommend staying here whether it be a long weekend or just a nights stay before a flight.

We loved the warm welcome from the owners, who went the extra mile with coffee, cookies, and hot water during a power outage! 👍 Full DSTV was a hit with the kids, and the location was perfect for a visit to Umdloti
The property matched photos and description - staff were great and location was convenient (close to town). However, comfort was an issue: beds were uncomfortable, fans weren't enough in the heat (no AC), and the bathroom entrance is low (watch your head if you're over 1.8m tall!). Also, proximity to an informal settlement might be a consideration. Would suit travellers prioritising location over luxury."
