De ligging en ruimte van het huis. Het verwarmde zwembad
De inrichting heeft een up date nodig. Met name de pooltafel, meubels en dekens, Het blaffen van de honden was af en toe vervelend. Geluid van de dichtbij gelegen snelweg.
