The Villa is absolutely stunning very modern, I would even say luxurious,the swimming pool was stunning,house was fully furnished and had absolutely everything you need, Underground car Park was fabulous .The host was very nice and kept communication very clear

I have to say just for right now while the 2 Villas are building at the moment the noise from the building site was a bit to much sometimes, we were very lucky because we could feel the noise at 2 last days of our stay but when they will finish building the New villas it's beautiful and very quiet.we could experience the peace and quiet on Sunday and a few days at the beginning of the week.but it's not the house fault as the owner has nothing to do with it .it just need to pass and finish

Idéalement situé dans un lieu calme, à l'abri du tourisme de masse, à moins d'une demi heure de l'aéroport de Tenerife Sud, cette Villa indépendante climatisée est parfaitement située pour visiter Tenerife et faire une excursion d'une journée vers l'Ile de "La Gomera". La piscine individuelle chauffée et les terrasses extérieures sont très appréciables. La cuisine équipée et le lave-linge sont appréciable. A moins de 3 minutes à pied, une petite supérette propose l'essentiel des besoins, y compris du pain frais et des croissants.

Tout était parfait, malgré des travaux de construction en cours dans la zone voisine. Les entreprises s'arrête vers 17h et leur présence est, de ce fait, tout à fait supportable.
