The property was nice, initially we had a basic room which we weren’t happy about and we raised this with the staff, they did everything possible to offer an alternative and gave us an upgrade to one of the better apartments. This apartment was great, super comfy, and quiet. The staff member that helped was so kind and so prompt to resolve the issue. Definitely left a great impression about M village as a chain and so we booked more from this chain and will do again when we are back in Vietnam. Great location and very clean and quiet.

For the basic rooms, it should be highlighted that there is technically no window or like a window that is just facing a wall. That was not visible in the picture.

The location is close to everything that I wanted. (It’s also walkable to the pink cathedral, and a big local market for shopping). Clean, comfortable, free laundry with powerful machines. And the best staff!! They are caring and efficient. Pizza 4Ps is right there. And the most delicious place serving homey Hue food, plus a fresh juice place that locals seem to love. I had a nice big room as well. The kitchenette was tops.

The flooring is kind of bare. Easy to clean, but I would have loved a couple of yoga mats on offer.
