I lived the location. It was just steps away from the beach and very spacious.
I didn't like that the walls and carpet weren't clean. When we took the linen off rhw used beds, the mattress covers had stains on them. Everything is in need of updates and has too many cheap patch jobs.

The townhome was nice! The beds were very comfty! There are a lot of steps going upstairs, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the rental for you.
