2 bed I Silverado Resort & Spa in Napa - Wine Town

It was nice and in a nice location

There was 2 Kleenex tissues in a box. I had to go to the store to buy Kleenex. Someone knocked on our door at 3am. It was scary. I am glad I did not open the door.

The owner provided a personal door code before arrival for us for this stay and worked very easily. Instructions were very clear for everything. Our 1 bedroom was all updated with very nice quality materials. We were so impressed by how the owner had thought through every detail of what we might need during our stay and provided it all in the kitchen including seasonings, bathroom including paper goods, toiletries. All appliances, 2 large screen TVs, Bose speakers, towels, bedding and utensils were high quality with very few items showing much wear, so we felt like we were family guests in a personal residence. Quiet location next to a quiet residential neighborhood so there was plenty of options for walking the area. Nice patio overlooking a restful grassy area and fountain pond and the Napa area mountains. We will be back. When we couldn't get the message app on booking.com to work, the owner stepped in and provided the advice we needed, very gracious and responsive. What a great value! We are telling our friends about this find!

Sometimes the streaming services was very slow but was remedied by unplugging and re-plugging in the router. With all the rain and wind recently, the patio could use a good sweeping so having a broom available would be a helpful addition. Otherwise, this place has everything provided for a comfortable stay.

had everything we needed, kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathroom, extra toiletries came in handy.

the maintenance & cleaning staff seemed to always be parked right outside the building, blocking the path to get in the unit. mostly annoying when you’re trying to load/unload.
