staff (Eppi) was unhelpful and unfriendly. My GF and i traveled with my service dog, and we had asked via booking if that was ok, we were approved. we arrived and the man at the counter, (called himself Eppi, unsure if thats the spelling), told us No. No pets allowed. we tried to explain the difference between ADA approved and certified service animals and pets. he said No. No pets allowed. we shared the ADA info card with him and he asked his boss, (supposedly) and returned and demanded a $100 cash deposit which was more than double the normal deposit listed on their website. We told him it was still illegal discrimination but decided to leave the property instead and contact booking about a refund.

I remember this location I remember the first thing I thought about it. When I sat on the bed the bed was very cheap and very flimsy and squeaky. Not a good sleep at all. I was up tossing and turning. A very uncomfortable bed

Hotel is located closed to highway 10, convenient location. Exterior looks plain, but room is very clean and quiet. Overall - great value!

Lovely place other than the early checkout time without an option to get a late checkout.

The TV was big and had a nice quality picture. The bed was nice and comfortable as well. The color changing lights behind the headboard was cool, along with the huge mirror on the wall next to the bed. I'll definitely be bringing my woman with me next time I stay there 🥰😋🤤😈😜😂😅☺️🫠😘

The 10:30 am check out was too early for me to be honest. It would be way more acceptable and less of an inconvenience if there was an option to get a late checkout, but they wouldn't allow me to get that. Not even if I booked it and requested the late checkout in advance. That was the only issue I had with the hotel. If they would make checkout later by a hour or so or offer a late checkout for an extra small fee, I would have been 100% satisfied with the place, without any complaints whatsoever.

I didn’t like anything about the property. there was no door handle, it was really cold in the room and there was holes in the walls. then to finish it up wasn’t clean and it smelled like cigarettes.

A real "Murder Motel" sort of place. Dingy and frightening.

I thought all I wanted was a place to crash for the night after a long day of driving... and I got that much at least, but I also realised with horror how much we sometimes take for granted.

The room was dingy, with no natural light, mismatched curtains, stained sheets, bathroom fixtures torn from the wall, mysterious stains on the ceiling, furniture from the Reagan years, and surfaces I was wary to touch. The place did not feel safe or clean.
