Easy check-in, good location

Cockroaches are running around at night. It seems clean enough on first glance but there are crumbs all over the floor and any surface that isn't within line of sight is dirty. We removed the rug because the roaches were running trough it, only to find even more dirt or crumbs or whatever that was underneath it, indicating poor hygiene and no detailed cleaning. The shower curtains are yellow on the edges. The furniture (not the beds-they're new) is old and sticky. Everything considered, the property is too expensive for what it provides.
