Easy check-in, good location
Cockroaches are running around at night. It seems clean enough on first glance but there are crumbs all over the floor and any surface that isn't within line of sight is dirty. We removed the rug because the roaches were running trough it, only to find even more dirt or crumbs or whatever that was underneath it, indicating poor hygiene and no detailed cleaning. The shower curtains are yellow on the edges. The furniture (not the beds-they're new) is old and sticky. Everything considered, the property is too expensive for what it provides.

Exceptional
Excellent apartment! Very comfortable, large with two separate bedrooms - both with good beds, plus very big living-room and kitchen. Fully equipped and everything works! Very convinient place just a few minutes from the old town, a few seconds from a small local food-market and supermarkets. The hosts was also very nice. Answered all the questions promptly and arranged our registration. Strongly recommend!

A kulcsátvétel: előzetesen " a szálláson fogja várni valaki" DE 55 perccel a bejelentkezés előtt jött az üzenet hogy kulcs a boxban, de akkor még nem volt wi-fi, csak a kikapcsolt drága mobilforgalom. A kommunikáció a szálásal elégtelen, mert kérdésemre nem, vagy csak későn válaszoltak. Kértünk három külön lepedőt - nem kaptunk. A tulaj jönni akart személyesen a pénzért, holott 10 napja utaltuk a bookingon keresztül. ZAJOS, MELEG ( van amelyik szobában nem lehet ablakot nyitni, mert nincs kilincs, sőt a radiátort sem lehetett elzárni! A 3.napon nem volt melegvíz a fürdőben. A konyha felszereltsége elégtalen: nincs kávéfőző, csak pár darab pohár..

Great host; spacious and comfortable apartment
Udoban i veliki apartman na odlicnoj lokaciji. Sergej je divan i izasao nam je u susret. Inicijalno sam bukirala drugi Sergejev apartman ali sam pri dolasku shvatila da se nalazi na drugom spratu bez lifta. Mi smo putovali zbog bolnickog termina mog deke koji tesko hoda i nije bilo moguce da se on popne tim stepenicama, a meni nije palo na pamet da proverim da li zgrada ima lift tokom bukiranja. Kontaktirala sam Sergeja i objasnila problem i on je vrlo brzo obezbedio ovaj apartman za nas, koji je pristupacan, sa liftom u zgradi. Zaista odlican customer service, sve pohvale.
