I’ve stayed here a few times in the balcony room, and like the location to the beach/bars/transport. 2meters outside is a food outlet with delicious Thai dishes and there’s 2x 7-11, a 1-min walk away.

Super friendly people! A lot of pictures on walls. Cats. Kettle, plate, microwave oven, free water and coffee/tea, fridge, conditioner, fans, big bath tube. 20 meters from a beach. A lot of foods around. 2 seven elevens right at the hotel. Mototaxi lot and songteo route. Next time is going to stay there again.

The room is really nice, it’s clean and comfortable. Max has installed in the room anything that you can need during the stay. For the comfort, it’s not a guest house, it feels like a room in a 4 star hotel. Really worth it, was beyond my expectations and the best hotel experience in Thailand. It’s really well located, less than a minute walk from the beach and many restaurants around. The Jomtian bus station deserves BKK airport, it’s 5 minute taxi ride from the guest house or 15 minutes walking.
