Amazing

The treatment was amazing since day one. They were always asking if we needed something else and they did the impossible to make it real. Of course they give you your privacy but when meeting outside the bungalow they always tried to know how do you feel and what can they do to make it better for you. Also the villagers around were very friendly and treated us like part of them. I’ll definitely go back when I can. They made my trip to Bali UNFORGETTABLE.

Maybe they could increase the options in the menu for breakfast and lunch. They are not bad at all, but one or two more options wouldn’t hurt (They still have plenty).

This little group of 4 stand-alone cottages is in the sweetest spot! It was an absolute pleasure to escape the hustle & bustle of Ubud to experience this beautiful quiet place. It was completely perfect for my 1 night stay on my way towards the middle of the countryside & mountains.

A hidden gem in the rice fields

We spent three wonderful days at this gem of a home stay. The rooms are very comfortable and have each a spacious outside spa-like bathroom. All is spotlessly clean. But the real highlight is the genuine hospitality of the hosts. They go to great lengths to make you feel at home. The food they prepare for you is absolutely delicious. The property is located at the edge of a very calm village in the rice fields. If you want to explore the area, you need a means of transport.

They were out of flour so could not provide the pancakes but the egg and toast was good.

Lovely

Typical Bali bamboo hut in the middle of the rice fields. This is what a Bali stay is, with the most kind host that you will only find in rural areas of Bali. Highly recommended to everyone looking to experience the real Bali.

Amazing retreat from crowded bali areas

The bedroom itself was very clean, toilet was super spacious. The host family is friendly and very accommodating to requests, we loved Grandma’s cooking and orange juice. (They added extra chilli for me because I loved spicy food) We would definitely recommend anyone looking for a retreat from the usual Bali places to come here and relax!

Amazing homestay wonderful family

This is one of my top 5 guest houses anywhere in the world (I have been to over 140 countries) when I arrived my breath was taken away the setting is breathtaking. The huts are incredible comfortable, clean and wait until you see the bathroom WOW!!!! But what really sets this place apart is the kind family. Grandma what an incredible women she made my stay so much fun I really really can say it wouldn’t have been the same without her. Always smiling always caring and always there when you need something. Grandma took me on an incredible walk in the village to meet all her family and friends and they were so friendly as are all of the village. She is also taking me to a ceremony tomorrow on the rice field Secondly made always smiling and always helpful and so nice to chat to. Also Kiki who liaises on bookings he is so responsive and forever helpful (grandmas son) what a talent to turn the farm into a wonderful homestay. Finally the driver madie great to driver around with and we went on some nice adventures. Dont hesitate to book if you want to see the real Bali and have a peaceful and restful time.

Peacful location with an amzing view of the rice fields, jungle canopy and volcanos in the distance. The hosts Madei and Grandma, Grandpa were very nice, talkative, helpful and good hearted people. Open bathroom was super nice and breakfast was delicious.

Best guesthouse villa in Meliling Tabanan area

Spacious bungalow with the biggest semi outdoor bath in the world. Relatively undeveloped area and thus quiet and peaceful. Kind and helpful host ibu Nuri. This guesthouse is like my second home in Tabanan area. Small improvements here and there are really appreciated.

Location is in Meliling Tabanan, but that gives it the peaceful village vibes many are pursuing these days.

Very beautiful and Balinese in decor. The views were exceptional. The staff very friendly and accommodating. I wish we had more time there.

I suggested that they get thinner pillows as we couldn’t use the ones they had as they were too thick. Also a cabinet to put your suitcase on in the bedroom not the bathroom would work better. But they are minor things.

Good room in quete area. Excellent bathroom, and room. In the middle of nature. Definitely recommend.

I think the host should not wake up the guests if they themselves do not ask. Since some can sleep for 12 or more hours after such a long flight. Also, there is a lot of artificial light around that cannot be turned off and interferes with sleep. Host need to leave the guests alone since they don’t really want to communicate; if they came to such a remote place, it’s clearly not for the sake of communication!

Lovely, peaceful, rural Balinese experience!

The property is in a peaceful traditional Balinese village, with the cottage overlooking manicured rice fields. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, trying their best to communicate in English. The food Made prepared was excellent, and great value. We enjoyed every breakfast, lunch and dinner of our stay. The sirya farm house has bicycles available (for free) that we borrowed for a self led ride to nearby village, through rice fields, past chicken barns, pig barns, and cows grazing contentedly.

Our Balinese cottage, number 2, roof leaked when we had very strong down pours of rain in the night. Fortunately, none of the leaks were over the bed, and it sounds like they plan to fix the roof today. The other guests in room 1 and 3 did not have any leaking issues.

Exceptional and unique

This place is exceptional. We had such a relaxing and wonderful few days at the Sirya Farm House. We wanted somewhere peaceful and rural to enjoy proper Bali and relax after a busy period of travelling. It is such a gem and is in a small farming village which gives you an experience of Bali village life. The rooms, the view and the surroundings is absolutely stunning, the bed is incredibly comfortable, it is the most unique and delightful bathroom I have ever seen. The staff are absolutely wonderful and so kind and accommodating; they waited up for us when we were arriving late in the evening and prepared food for us when we arrived, and they also (on request) provided lunch and dinner as well as breakfast for most of our stay. The food is absolutely delicious and incredibly good value. They were also so helpful in helping us with transport and helped arrange a scooter for a couple of days including taking us to the rental place in the nearby town - and would have been able to help us with taxis and tours had we needed it. Wifi and air conditioning both work very well. This is a unique place to stay and ridiculously good value for money.

The best villa in Meliling Tabanan area

If you happened to visit Tabanan, this guesthouse in Meliling is the place to stay. It's quite new, overlooking paddy fields, and run by very hospitable bu Nuri and her family who live just across the street. The semi open bathroom is huge, probably one of the biggest in Bali, love it. Big screen TV with cable channels is also highly appreciated, although it's not a must. The August night was breezy and cool, and no need to use the AC at all. And for local food, don't miss the famous Nasi Angin. At Sirya, don't forget to ask for hot tea with slices of lime, stir and sit back...

Home away from home.

The place would become your second home in Bali. The owner's mother is the sweetest lady. They have a fully functional shared kitchen, which was a blessing for us as we could cook our own food. As a vegan, me and my mother were struggling finding good vegan Balinese food but Nuriani cooked special vegan Balinese food for us with all her love. They welcomed us in their home and with all their love they took care of us. Also the bathroom of the room is the highlight of the room. It is so big and is built beautifully. ❤️

I didn't like the fact the we couldn't stay longer. There is nothing I didn't like.
