Saint Tropez - Old Village - Modern & Cosy Apartments

The location of the apartment is wonderful. It is less than 50 meters from the heart of the harbor, so you are right in the middle of everything. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos, and everything was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was perfect - very new, modern, and beautifully designed. The bed and mattress were also wonderful, and we slept extremely well. Communication with the hosts was perfect, and they even made it possible for us to arrange a late check-out with the cleaning team, which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. Saint-Tropez is a wonderful place, and in this apartment you are truly right at the center of it all.

We stayed in this apartment in Saint-Tropez for 2 nights in August 2025. The apartment itself is lovely — beautifully decorated and comfortable inside.

However, there are some important things to be aware of. The property is located directly above a bakery, which operates through the night. This made the apartment very hot (from the ovens below) and also a bit noisy. The apartment is also on the 3rd floor with no lift, which made carrying heavy luggage up and down extremely difficult, especially in the summer heat. Check-in was later than we expected at 4pm (our oversight, but worth noting if you assume a more standard 3pm), and when it came to check-out, we found the host’s communication a little unwelcoming. We were contacted to confirm that we’d be leaving before the 11am checkout, which felt unnecessary given that we had paid for the time. We also asked if we could leave our luggage in the apartment for just one hour after checkout (as navigating the stairs and streets with cases is very awkward), but unfortunately the host was not accommodating. Overall, while the apartment itself is stylish and well-presented, the combination of heat, difficult access, and rigid hosting made our stay less comfortable than we’d hoped.
