The facilities are wonderful, and we really loved the interior. Everything felt very neat, cosy, and well maintained. The bathroom was also very nice, and the location is very convenient, with a large supermarket nearby.
The only downside is that there is no lift, although the staff kindly helped us with our luggage when we checked in. Communication through the app was sometimes a little slow, and I occasionally had to follow up on a question.

Location, kitchen and living area.
They claim that there are 2 bathrooms, while there is one full bathroom downstairs while the upstairs is only a toilet with no shower next to the bedrooms. No mention that the unit is on the third floor with no lift. Some broken drawers and missing AC remote control.
