A wonderful house to stay in.

We had such a lovely holiday at this holiday home. The communication before we went on our trip was excellent so that we could plan a little, and the communication just before we arrived from Monique was excellent. The house itself feels just like home. Light and airy with lovely big windows and very clean and tidy. The house is enclosed in a garden which has a gate that locks so it all feels very secure. The area is very quiet. All you can hear are the birds in the trees beyond the garden, and many of the birds visit the garden of the house, so this was lovely to watch. If you head through the trees behind the gate, this takes you straight to a lake and a little cafe called Como and Co, which serves the most delicious food during the day and in the evening too. The nearest town and supermarket is about 20-25 minutes walk away, plus some restaurants and a delightful cheese shop. I would suggest that transport is beneficial to your stay at this house. We didn't think it was necessary to hire a car, though. Instead, we hired bikes for the week from Van Dam bike hire, not far from the supermarkets. Hiring these was really easy, and after this, we used all of the cycle paths plus Google maps to help navigate to our various destinations. The nearest train station is Hillgrom, which is about 6km away. Here, there are many spaces to leave your bike and access the train network to Amsterdam, etc. The trains were really easy to use by paying for the ticket on the platform via the machine that is available, and we found them to be regular and punctual. If you are heading to this area to see the flower fields in spring, you will not be disappointed. The fields surrounding the holiday park were very pretty indeed. Keukenhof can be travelled to in about 25-30 mins by bike and was well worth a visit. We also cycled to the beach. These beaches are vast and beautiful. If you head into Amsterdam, I would recommend a visit to the Anne Frank house.

We had a wonderful time staying here and visiting the gardens, Haarlem, and Amsterdam!

We loved the location close to the gardens and the beach! The family and dining areas are very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, including plenty of coffee and tea. There is a Nespresso maker and pods as well as a coffee maker. Monique took very good care of us and was quick to answer all our questions. The courtyard around the bungalow is lovely!

A minor annoyance was paying .50 € to go in and out of the gate to the parking area. it would be nice if guests could have a code to go in and out freely. the kitchen is a little small (one person at a time) but manageable. It would also be nice if there were a cafe’ within walking distance.

Well appointed & comfortable home

Sunny Beach House is perfect for a stay in Noordwijkerhout. The living room has both a large couch and TV with the couch having 3 cushions on each leg to easily accommodate the guests. We are full-time travelers and it's wonderful to find hosts who understand you will spend time in their home and want to be comfortable when you're there. Because we were there during the winter we could see into some of the other homes at night, Sunny Beach House definitely had the best layout and furniture selection. It also has floor-to-ceiling windows/doors overlooking the garden which must be amazing in nice weather. You do not need to worry about your privacy, the unit is secluded behind hedges. The kitchen has a large stovetop and enough counter space to cook meals. It is very well-stocked with pots and pans, I even saw a massive blender that I would have loved to use. We saw olive oil but not too many spices, however, it's easy to buy the Albert Heijn box meals. The bathroom had a lot of light and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The bed was comfortable, there was also sufficient space in the wardrobes. The unit is on the lane furthest from the parking however, there is a wagon for transporting your items. If like us, you are traveling with a dog, the entrance to the woods is only a few steps from the unit. Access to the unit was easy, we were connected to the property manager who sent us detailed information and met us at our car to direct us to the rental.

We would have liked a heavier duvet, we were mindful of using the heat with the current cost concerns and it would have been nice to have a warmer cover. There were blankets in the living room but I try not to use them for sleeping.

Top Unterkunft zu vernünftigen Preis

Diese Unterkunft gehört zu den besten was wir in Holland gemietet haben. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Man vermisst eigentlich nichts. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt was für Besucher mit Hund sehr wichtig ist. Sogar ein kleiner Hund wie unser konnte da nicht ausbüxen. Der Kontakt mit der Haushälterin ist sehr nett und es wird sofort geantwortet. Für die mitgebrachten Fahrräder steht ein Schuppen zur Verfügung wo man die sicher abstellen kann. Wir haben dort ein paar schöne Tage verbracht und werden es unseren Bekannten weiter empfehlen.

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Parkplatz. Der ist nicht direkt am Haus - man kann zwar zum ausladen bis zum Haus vorfahren/ zwischen 9.00 und 16.30 ausser Sonntag wo die Schranke zu ist/ aber wenn man Pech hat ist die Zufahrt blockiert.

Ankommen. Auspacken. Wohlfühlen.

Mit der Buchung vom Ferienhaus "Sunnybeachhouse" hatten wir wirklich ein glückliches Händchen. Wir wurden sehr unkompliziert und freundlich empfangen - auch wenn es keine persönliche Schlüsselübergabe gab hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt von der ersten Minute an wirklich genießen, bei sehr kalten Temperaturen war das Haus schön warm. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und sehr gemütlich, die Küche sehr gut und komplett ausgerichtet und die Betten sind in beiden Schlafzimmern sehr bequem. Das schlechte Wetter hat uns dank Fußbodenheizung nichts ausgemacht und wir möchten sehr gerne im Sommer nochmals kommen, um den tollen Vorgarten genießen zu können. 5 Minuten fußläufig gibt es zwei sehr leckere Restaurants, die wir auch absolut empfehlen können.

Perfekt für jeden Hundebesitzer

Die Ausstattung ist absolut nicht zu übertreffen Egal was man braucht : fön mit defusor/ Kaffeemaschine mit separatem milchaufschäumer. Gut gepflegte küche, Töpfe Pfannen herd u Backofen top. Insbesondere das Bad ist sehr großzügig aber auch der wohn/essbereich. Separater waschraum, grill mit Zubehör-es fehlte einfach nichts. Direkt am Wald gelegen für Hunde perfekt, daher der kleine see

Wir hatten keine Bedienungsanleitung für den Fernseher und konnten keine deutschen Programme finden- ihr lest -> jammern suf hohem Niveau Der Tv konnte aber mit netflix u Amazon Prime bedient werden also trotzdem gut :)
