Serenity. Excellent breakfast and recreational facilities.
All is okay. Pressing Iron needs to be provided to room. I asked for one but was never provided. I was instead offered one for temporary usage but it has heavy stains on the plate hence I did not use it. The promise to give one wasn’t fulfilled.

TSA is located in a nice area with good shopping and restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice and have everything I need. On the rooftop there is a pool table for guests to use. The breakfast buffet doesn't have a huge selection to choose from, but it's sufficient.
I can't think of anything.

Location, staff, amenities
A bit overpriced

Spacious rooms, clean, close to restaurants and pubs
Inability to maintain booking preferences as confirmed, slow check in processes for the group and slow resolving issues.
