Great location, easy parking right next to the house, house was comfortable and had everything we needed

We had a wonderful stay at this house and would definitely recommend it. The house is beautifully furnished, very spacious, and the rooms are bright and welcoming. The location is perfect – it only takes about two minutes to walk to the beach, which we absolutely loved. The house is very well equipped. Everything we needed was available, especially the fully equipped kitchen, which we really appreciated. There was also a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board – everything you could possibly need during your stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was warm and cosy. The area is relatively quiet, which made it easy to relax. The house was very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. There are also several shops within walking distance, which is very convenient. Parking for one car is available directly in front of the house. Check-in and check-out were very easy and uncomplicated. The Wi-Fi was stable and worked well throughout our stay. The bathrooms are modern and a good size for a holiday home. There are three toilets, one bathroom with a shower, and another one with a bathtub. The water pressure was absolutely sufficient. It is very family-friendly as well, with games provided, which was a nice touch. We also had a small issue during our stay, and the contact with the host was excellent – very friendly and incredibly quick to respond and resolve the problem. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Location is great near the seafront and close to town. House has a lovely layout. Nice back yard which would be nice in summer. Could do with a spruce up, some new towels and a deep clean would be good as it’s looking a bit tired but this didn’t detract from our stay. Good communication

Slightly grubby in places

The location is only 2 mins walk to a quiet beach.. The house is a good size with everything. you need for a short stay.. The house was tidy and decorated nicely. Things were easy to find as they were labelled. The TV was nice and the sofa and chairs were very comfortable with a nice table.. It was easy to get the keys and check in..

It looks like a deep clean is needed especially with the sofas and the living room mat. The place certainly isn't dirty but it's grubby in places. The bunk bed upstairs had a lump digging into my son, and it dipped down. it desperately needs a new mattress. He had a very bad night's sleep. The other beds were ok though. The towels provided are old and thin so it may be best to bring your own .We bought our dog with us. She is small and non shedding. .When we arrived there were signs on the wall saying dogs are not allowed upstairs. This had not been mentioned when we booked.. Dogs had to stay behind the stair gate. So I had to stay downstairs with her all night on the sofa or she would have barked and got upset ( and woken the neighbours!) , as at home she sleeps in my room. Most dogs would find it hard to be left downstairs away from everyone in a strange place to be honest. Had this been explained on the booking site I would not have booked..Therefore we had to leave and not stay for the second night we'd paid for.
