Location was quite remote (2.5km from the town along a dirt track) so very quiet and private. Access to a virtually private beach with calm clear water; chairs and sunbeds and even a canoe to use. Stunning views across the water. Big pool. Very well equipped kitchen. Owner was very helpful.

Wonderful, spacious villa with a large, beautifully maintained garden featuring several comfortable and inviting seating areas. Excellent bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool is fantastic, surrounded by comfortable shaded seating areas for relaxing. A "private" beach is just a short walk away, fully equipped with sun loungers and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The beach becomes naturally shaded from late morning onward, and the water remains crystal clear and calm throughout the day.

It would be beneficial to upgrade the air conditioning unit in the living room. It is also recommended to install a ceiling fan in the pergola just outside the living room to make the outdoor seating area more comfortable.

A beautiful well appointed spacious villa. Everything works & available. Private beach a lovely bonus.

The drive from PortoHeli is a goat track & a disincentive to exploring more. It’s not long, but a tricky drive. Make sure your car doesn’t have low profile tires. On the upside this means it’s beautifully quiet & serene.
