Casa Alta Vista
'Alta Vista' means high altitude in Spanish. The villa is high above which gives spectacular panoramic views. This combined with its unique and peaceful location makes this villa an ideal holiday home. From the one terrace there is a view of the mountains and from the covered terrace and the swimming pool has a fantastic view of the coastline.
The villa is located right next to the 'white' village of Bédar, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Cozy hustle and bustle can be found in Mojacar and Garrucha (at 16 km).
This villa is built in typical Spanish style with many corners and lace. At the same time, all comforts include a fitted kitchen, quality beds, a cozy living room, an attractive patio and nice terraces. Absolute eye-catcher is the private swimming pool with panoramic view.

The house consists of 2 floors of approximately 100 m² each. On the one floor is the living room with lounge and fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and master bedroom with bathroom. All rooms open onto the patio or the covered terrace. The living space contains a lot of windows and therefore gives a very open feeling. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathroom.
Around the house there are various terraces. Both on the covered terrace and on the patio there is a dining table for 6 to 8 people and there are several seating areas. The swimming pool has sun beds and a parasol and a sunshade. On the patio is a large gasBBQ
All bedrooms are equipped with Daikin airco (heat pump for cooling and heating).
The house is reached by a long asphalted private road (about 200m) which rises steeply from the center. This road is also used by residents of the neighboring holiday home and ends at Casa Alta Vista's parking.

Location
In Casa Alta Vista you can enjoy the sun, the swimming pool, the tranquility and the cozy village of Bedar. It's a picturesque village with a swirling of little streets, immersed in authentic Spain, far from mass tourism. A few small restaurants, a hot bakery and a grocery store within walking distance make it complete. Several hiking trails cross the village of Bédar and the impressive nature of the surrounding area.
In addition, you are only 20 minutes from Mojacar playa: Very quiet in spring and autumn and cozy summer pressure with trendy beach bars and tasty restaurants. Mojacar pueblo (or old town) is located on the mountain bank and is a picturesque town with numerous terraces, shops and fantastic panoramic views of the interior and coastline. Close to the fishing village of Garrucha and the coastal town of Vera.
Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday away from the popular Spanish costas.
For nature lovers, spring is ideal for enjoying the flowers, plants and fruit trees. For the sports enthusiasts, the region is also known for its hiking trails and cycling stages. One of the many recognized hiking routes leaves Bedar.
Its location is also ideal for visiting some cities such as Almeria, Nijar, Aguilas and Lorca.
