Spacious apartment next to the water, easy walking distance to the downtown sites

We stayed here over new years and it was a great spot for us. Very close to the downtown sites and waterfront. Apartment is large, spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. Being right on the water and being able to hear the waves from your room is very nice. Host is very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return here.

The host was wonderful. The place was huge and spacious and affordable. Lovely location right on the water with stunning views, and a ten minute walk to the main part of town.

Location was perfect.Apartment was spotless, extremely bright and spacious with a beautiful sea view.Really well equipped with everything that might be needed.Good WiFi.Very homely feel with 2 large balconies.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.The only thing I would say is that there is traffic noise as you are on the main road into Cannes.It’s not something that bothered us at all, but if you are sensitive to that noise at night, it is something to be aware of at the front of the apartment.There are 2 other rooms to the rear that are on the quiet side. This is not a negative by any means, just something to note

Great location with parking. Comfortable and easy for a group of 6.

Bathroom layouts made it a bit inconvenient for the guests using the bedroom next to the kitchen. Not too much of a problem.

Great location for the beach.

Spacious rooms and right across from the beach. Comfortable beds, Good air conditioning.

Very noisy street made it impossible to sit outside on the patio. Only one 3-seat sofa was too little seating for a family to enjoy the living space. No beach equipment at all. No beach towels. We had to purchase towels, chairs and umbrellas.

I don’t see why the property/management owners can’t clear the bins themselves. as a lot of money is paid for the stay. I am paying for a service, not for it to be done by myself. But maybe that’s just the way they do things in Cannes.

Aussicht, Lage, 15 Min zum Bahnhof, Parkplatz bei der Unterkunft, gesichert im Hof. Sehr liebevoll Eigerichtet.

Rundherum viele Baustellen vermutlich Saisonbedingt, laute Straße.

Magnifique et spacieux appartement à Cannes vue sur mer!

L’appartement est magnifique, très bien situé à Cannes. 3 chambres spacieuses et salon avec vue sur la mer. L’appartement était très propre, tous ce dont nous avions pour notre séjour était sur place. L’hôte est disponible et à l’écoute! Nous allons certainement revenir.

Le stationnement est premier arrivé premier servi donc ça peut être compliqué avoir une place parfois.
