Obiekt zlokalizowany jest blisko plaż. Można znaleźć trochę cienia. Budynek po remoncie. Bardzo czysto.

Lokalizacja spoko, piękny widok z balkonu. Tylko 2 minutki od plaży i brak tłumu turystów. Duży parking. Pyszne śniadania, wszystko świeże, przygotowywane na miejscu. Przepyszny omlet z serem! Właściciele bardzo mili i sympatyczni, chętnie polecający różne miejscówki, np. Vidikovac Kamenjak, przepiękny skalisty punkt widokowy na jezioro i pobliskie wysepki, który trzeba zobaczyć.
Brak naczyń, sztućców i czajnika w pokoju, więc nie bardzo jest jak przygotować sobie proste śniadanie. Brak możliwości przyjazdu z małym pieskiem, nawet z takim, który nie pozostawia sierści (np. ShihTzu). Miejscowość zupełnie nieturystyczna, w sumie 3 restauracje, z czego ta najbliższa nie obsługuje płatności kartą, a przyjmują jedynie gotówkę.

Very small room without tv, hairdryer and shower products.No facilities close to the sea, cemented area.
