Decided to stay again and give it a second shot. Made reservation for 2 adults and a dog. Prior to us leaving for trip we had to put dog down. It took a minute to get refunded. We has issues with WIFI - internet was down for the last 1-1/2 days of a three day visit. TV in basement could use directions. A binder of house rules would be nice too. Not just a QR code which didn’t always work - esp without internet.

The house was comfortable and nice gathering spaces for our family. As we were there in the summer the air conditioning is amazing, the beds were comfortable but firm. It is nicely located close to Deer Creek where we spent most our time. Great for the dog. We had booked this house because it was listed as having a hot tub and were pretty disappointed when upon arrival there was not one and the backyard was not really as described needs some TLC.
