This home sits at the end of a quiet, dead-end street near the EagleVail Golf Club, so it backs up to open space and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It's a striking scene you can take in from the side deck or the hot tub and dining table on the garden patio out back.
Leave your gear in the spacious, sunken entryway and ascend a half-flight of stairs to the great room with its high ceilings, walls of windows, and plush leather seating by the TV with both cable and streaming capability. Fix yourself a drink at the wet bar, with a wine fridge and dishwasher, and begin preparing dinner with your loved ones in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including double ovens and a gas range on the island.
Sit down to eat in the glow of the antler chandelier and take your pick of beautiful spaces to relax after dinner. There's a den with a TV just off the kitchen and dining room, a family room in the basement with a TV and an assortment of games, and even a home office with a TV if you need to sneak away. The bedrooms all have TVs; one is a primary suite with a luxurious jetted tub.

Only two vehicles are permitted and must be parked inside the garage. Guests will be charged $250 if a car is parked outside.
Hunting is prohibited.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place is amazing. So much space in an incredible location to visit Vail, Beaver Creek, Copper and Breckenridge. We would 100% stay here again. The owners were amazing and responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this incredible property and it exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, the breathtaking mountain views and serene atmosphere set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway. The property was immaculate, offering both comfort and luxury in equal measure. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals after a long day of exploring the nearby trails.
The location was ideal – just a short drive from Beaver Creek and Vail, but far enough to feel like a peaceful escape. The hosts were incredibly responsive, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. Every detail, from the cozy furnishings to the spacious layout, was thoughtfully designed to create a perfect retreat.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

This was a fantastic duplex for two families. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The house was as pictured as for layout and rooms. Kitchen had all amenities you need except for a drip coffee maker. There was only a pod coffee maker for the week we were there. Hot tub was clean and a bonus after the long ski days. We drove each day to the Beaver creek or Vail parking lots and those were easy drives. For future renters, the driveway is somewhat steep and curves back 180 degrees from the cul-de-sac entrance so you will need 4WD or AWD cars to make it up in the winter. The picture or description does not discuss this other than to say do not bring rental vans (which we thought was about fitting in the garage). We did not have 4WD and had to back up into neighbors driveway and gun it to get up the driveway. Also, there are lots of signs about having to park both cars inside garage but we were able to fit a truck and minivan. Overall, a great house but I would hesitate to rent again because of driveway layout.

Beautiful well stocked home but needs major work on broken appliances and management is poor. This is also a duplex. The neighbors are very nice but looking online it does not say that or show that. Upon arrival the home did not feel like it had been cleaned. There was broken glass outside on all patios, missing cushions on all furniture, there were balloons in the house from previous family. The garage code did not work, shower did not work in one bathroom, master tub did not work and leaked the whole time while there. You cannot get a hold of anyone to speak with. It will be a bot that you are texting or a call center rep to take a message when you call. I did finally get through one time and maintenance came and he said he's been trying to tell the owners to fix these plumbing problem a year ago and still not fixed. When we reached out again for the shower not working we got no feedback from anyone expect "i am truly sorry"
This is such a pretty home and GREAT location. I just wish it was easier to talk to someone and feel like they were expecting a family coming in. Didn't feel like they knew we were checking in at all with what we walked into.
