Step back in time in this 60s beach cottage only four houses from the beach! This home was the first home built on the cul-de-sac and is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation. It has all the amenities you would expect from a modern home, including central AC, streaming, a deck, and an outdoor shower for those who want to get clean before returning inside. There is also access to the beach nearby, so you can enjoy the water between your adventures inside.
The living area provides guests with a comfortable spot to stream their favorite movies or series. The beautiful kitchen has all the essentials to whip up delicious homemade meals, including a dishwasher for additional assistance when it's time to clean everything up. Enjoy your meals at the four-person dining table. This is also a great place to gather when it's time to play to any of the board games available for indoor fun. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer so you and your friends can pack less.

Very cute, quaint and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Avon. Given the age of the place, the AC struggled to keep up first, but the house eventually cooled off and we had all of the main amenities to be comfortable. Thanks for letting us stay!

On arrival we found the home to be well maintained and very clean. It is an older home but it was comfortable. Furnishings were comfortable including the master bed, which is not always the case. We chose this property because of the good reviews, dog friendly, and the lower building height. Our old dog can no longer handle the high staircases that are common. Beach access is a short walk nearby. The neighborhood was quiet. The grocery store and several restaurants are nearby. I’d recommend this rental and please pick up after your pets.

I enjoyed my stay, l was able to walk to the ocean, there are shops, restaurants, and museums around the beach house to go and visit. The house is in need of updating, like the furniture, the door to the main bathroom is cracked and hard to close, the door to the outside shower needs work once you open it you can't close and lock the door, the garden hose in front of the house is broken in two, the vents in the bathrooms need to be cleaned so they work better, and the house should be updated to be handicap accessible. I had an issue with the TV on Sunday, l sent a text to the management property, the next day Alex came and fixed the issue l didn't have to wait, l had a good stay, but the house is in need of updateing and repairs need to be made.
