A relaxing family vacation needs one thing above all else: plenty of space. Our Carlson apartment, which was newly remodeled and renovated in 2022, has plenty of it on the southern edge of List
, as the living area spans 80 m2. On the first floor, you’ll find the
spacious living room, as well as an adjoining kitchen-dining area fully equipped for
cooking adventures and culinary evenings. There are also two comfortably furnished
bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a spacious bathroom with a toilet and a guest restroom.
A special highlight is the large, family-friendly garden, which is accessible through the patio door in the living room
. You’re free to use it, allowing you to practically move your “four walls” outside
on sunny, warm days. In the summer, a beach chair invites you to relax.
And for excursions into the beautiful surrounding area, there are numerous hiking and biking trails.
A wide selection of shopping options, supermarkets, and restaurants in the nearby town center
