Located in West Sedona, Sedona Happy Trails offers an exceptional location just minutes from Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, some of Sedona's most popular hiking and biking trails, and the restaurants, galleries, and shopping along AZ 89A. Surrounded by mature shade trees, this private retreat provides a peaceful setting while remaining close to everything Sedona has to offer.
This beautifully remodeled single-level home offers 1,372 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.
You will enter the home through the front door and step directly into the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area filled with natural light and designed for gathering and relaxation.
Living Room: Relax on the comfortable sectional sofa while enjoying the 55” Smart TV with streaming capabilities. Patio access extends the living space outdoors, while the adjacent sunroom provides an inviting spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read, or unwind after a day of adventure.
Kitchen: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.
Dining Area: The dining table offers seating for six, making it easy to enjoy meals and conversation together.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: King pillow-top bed, 40” Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and direct backyard access. The en suite bathroom features dual sinks and a spacious glass walk-in shower with dual shower heads.
Bedroom 2: Queen pillow-top bed and 40” Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Queen pillow-top bed with private deck and backyard access.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Outdoor Spaces:
One of the home's most loved features is its private outdoor living space. The oversized deck is ideal for entertaining and outdoor dining, complete with comfortable furnishings and a BBQ grill. The expansive backyard is shaded by mature trees and offers multiple seating areas, a relaxing hot tub, fire pit, corn hole, and bocce ball — creating the perfect setting for evenings under Sedona's star-filled skies.

We had a wonderful time, the house had everything we needed and we enjoyed the sun room and hot tub. Wonderful location, close to everything. Red Rocks pass was a nice bonus. Would stay again and would highly recommend.

Overall good. Location is awesome; the house was comfortable; process and parking were great. Loved that it had central AC. Kitchen could use some updated pots/pans and back sliding door needs maintenance. But I'd definitely recommend!

It is a nice home and location was prob the best thing about it. I didn't really enjoy the multiple labels all over the house and anxiety of being charged extra for every possible thing that might or could happen. 200 pet fee is just ridiculous for when suppose to be pet friendly and than after you make the reservation have a bunch of rules that the pet can't or can do. The master shower doors are a joke and don't operate correctly. Needs a serious remodel. Also be nice if you allowed the guests to use a garage opener. That was a real hassle. It was okay for what we needed but we wont be coming back.
