The condo was great. I am going to start with the VERY minor issues which I am sure they will resolve, then I will get to the good. The primary bathroom tub faucet was detached from the wall and the primary bedroom door knob fell off when opening from the inside (construction remodel overlooks I am sure). They need 1 more barstool. There is room for 2 more but a minimum of 4 should be available. There should also be another place for someone to sit in the living area. It would be tight but is much needed. Now to the good: the little things were all taken care of with ample washing powder, garbage bags, paper products and more. The house was very very clean! The neighbors are exceptionally nice as is the entire neighborhood. I would absolutely stay here again. I brought my mom, daughter, and granddaughter and wonderful memories were made!

quiet. was not close to the beach as advertised. The beach in walking distance was under construction and could not be accessed. The kitchen supplies were very inadequate. One very small pan for cooking. Upon arrival there were only 3 glasses all of which were plastic. No wine or cocktail glasses. We got excellent service from the local Vacasa staff who delivered some glasses. But this issue should not have existed. All appliances were in good shape .Also could have used some instructions for the heating cooling system Controls were simple but still needed some explanation of the options.
