When you return home, post up on either of the two furnished patios - one of which features a gas grill for cookouts with your crew. While the chef in your group sizzles steaks and veggies, play a game of cornhole in the lawn area or take a nice walk around the community's tranquil pond.

Boasting an open floor plan, the townhome's interior makes it easy for your group to unwind together. Kick back in the living area where ample seating surrounds a smart TV. Smart TVs in each of the home's bedrooms offer added entertainment. Listen to favorite playlists on the Bluetooth speaker while you prepare meals in the spacious kitchen. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
