Bask in the glow of the living area's gas fireplace while you tune into favorite TV shows. Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. Gather for meals around the six-person dining table, which also doubles as an ideal spot for a family board game night.
Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great home base during the horse show. We were close to everything we needed. Bright and airy layout with a nice open plan and large deck!

We were very pleased with this rental. It is very nicely renovated and tastefully furnished. The home was impeccably clean and stocked with everything we needed. While we were out exploring during the daytime hours, the house was very comfortable and quiet to come back home to. The neighborhood was also very peaceful. Overall, we highly recommend this property and will definitely stay next time we are in the area.For those planning a visit, we were easily able to access the Blue Ridge Parkway, Hendersonville, Brevard, Pisgah National Forest, Asheville, Weaverville, and Black Mountain. All of these areas are highly recommended.
