With the love of art and piece , this home is filled of different choices of colors to create a relax , chill and cozy space for everyone to gather and enjoy moments together.

🍀 We are traveling to many places across the country and we enjoy it a lot. We know every place has its own charming. That's the reason why we picked the name the Color 18 and filled the place with lots of different color combining together.
🍀 The house is part of the duplex building, an upper unit 220. Lower unit 222 is the cleaning lady who is responsible to take care of the house . The house is located on the corner lot , close walking distance to the Capital Museum or golf club Tom O'leary. If you are fan of Bismarck Larks, its only few steps to the field to watch them playing. If you are new to town , don't hesitate to ask us where to go. We will definitely give you some ideas to explore Bismarck, the capitol of North Dakota.

😍 Back to the space, the house had 3 bedroom with 3 different concepts , 3 different names Lili (Room 1), Rosie (Room 2) and Sunny (Room 3). Those named by 3 amazing and colorful people that we met while traveling. That inspires us to lay out the décor for each room.

- Working desk - chair for remote job.
- Good wifi connection for surfing.
- 5-layer QUEEN bed for greater comfort.
- Mirror and extra blankets , pillows in closet.
- touch lamp , Sunny room had lamp with bluetooth speaker.
- towel provided.
✅ We labeled out every details of the house for you to easily locate items that you are looking for. We disinfect the entire space when we clean to make sure the house be at its best form for the next guests.
✅ We have board games, Hulu subscriptions for TV , frisbee disc and etc for your quality time with beloved ones.
✅ Potential noises from the street : we have Earplugs for better sleep.

Older home with bright updates. Clqaaqean and many personal toucges, amenities. Streets are busy on both sides of the property but with a fan (provided in the unit) running its easy to manage. Nice bedrooms with door locks on each and spacious public areas. Nice dishes, condiments and other items stocked iin the kitchen.

Not very clean. Garbage under the sofa. Found game pieces under the tv stand. The tv screen was filthy. Other than that everything was fine.

The dining & living room areas seemed updated & were nice. Kitchen could use updating & the refrigerator was small, more of an apartment size. We have never seen beds without a top sheet before. There were extra sheets in a basket for you to use & remake your bed. The shower doors were broken with a sign letting us know. It kept falling off the track when trying to close it. We were there for a wedding & didn’t really spend a lot of time there, so it worked out fine for us. If you plan on spending any time outside, there really isn’t any yard to enjoy.
