Boasting gorgeous golf course views, this retreat features an amazing location with easy access to walking, cross-country, and bike trails plus walking distance to Dawson Park. Showcasing rustic mountain charm and elegant modern design, this all-season getaway comes well-appointed for group comfort and family-friendly entertainment.
Furnished for outdoor living, the home's expansive patio features a sofa lounge set, gas grill, and dining table for alfresco meals. In the evenings, gather around the firepit or take a starlight soak in the hot tub.
The spacious, two-story interior showcases strong natural lighting and an airy, open main floor layout welcoming indoor gatherings with friends and family. Enjoy family game nights beside the fireplace or movies on the smart TV in the living room. A media room provides flexible entertainment options with a second smart TV equipped with an Xbox game console and controllers.
The beautiful island kitchen is sure to be a centerpiece for conversation. Guests can keep the home chef company at the breakfast island and full meals can be enjoyed together at the adjacent dining table. Equipped with a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils, you'll find everything you need for planning at-home meals. Features include a five-burner gas range, a double oven, a prep counter with a wet bar and beverage fridge, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup.
The primary suite, a guest bedroom, and two half-baths can be found on the main floor. Equipped with a dedicated desk, the guest room can also double as a home office for remote work needs. Primary guests will enjoy private patio access, a TV, and luxurious en suite complete with a shower, jetted tub, and separate water closet. Two upstairs bedrooms each include an attached bath. The sunny loft living area is furnished with comfortable seating and an electric piano.
Additional perks include board games a puzzle cabinet on the main floor and snowshoes provided for guest use.

While located within the Suncadia Resort, guests will not have access to resort amenities, including the Swim & Fitness and Nelson Farm Pool.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This vacation rental was absolutely luxurious and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The space was spotless, kitchen was massive and well stocked, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the beds were super comfortable. The patio was beautifully designed and ideal for spending time outdoors. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home with plenty of room families and multiple couples. The main living room with vaulted ceilings is stunning! Large, well appointed kitchen and 3 full bathrooms (plus 2 half baths) makes this a perfect Suncadia Retreat! We also loved the large outdoor patio with gas fireplace and hot tub. It's perfect for relaxing on a summer evening!

We had a wonderful time and the house was large enough to accommodate all 6 of us. The location was ideal. However, we were disappointed that the listing included a hot tub but it definitely needs to be replaced. The bars for the cover were broken with screws all rusty (made it difficult to remove the ripped up cover) and missing head rests. It would help to have a guest notebook to help out with “how to light fireplace”.
