of a four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed and a full bathroom.

one-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a two-unit complex in
Porto Cesareo, 70 meters away from the sea. The closest beach with beach
establishments are 4,5 kilometers away. The city centre of Porto
Cesareo is 2,5 kilometers away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 47 to pay upon arrival.
