A beautiful home, and an easy check-in process. The home had everything we needed , and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. It was also nice that the home was in the suburbs and a bit away from Lisbon, for full vacation energy.

I celebrated my 30th birthday here with 10 of my friends and it was the best experience I could’ve asked for. Between the host and the property management team, I truly felt so welcome. Everything was clean, there was constant communication, the bathrooms and bedrooms were super clean and spacious, the WiFi moved fast, the backyard was gorgeous, honestly there were absolutely no complaints. My stay here was PERFECT. Thank you so much for all the accommodations and constant communication.
I only wish I could’ve stayed at the villa longer!! 24/02/26

The villa was lovely and very clean! The communication was excellent, I received messages prior to arriving and could message at anytime during the stay. Plenty of room for a large group, but would note that it is in a residential area and you are joined to next door, so you need to be quiet after 11. The projector was a lovely addition and was easy when connecting our phone and watching TV. At peak times of traffic it was taking over an hour to get into Lisbon centre but taxis were fairly cheap so as long as you leave enough time it was absolutely fine. More mirrors for getting ready would of been nice :) I would definitely book again with family.

The accommodation was perfect for our group of 10 adult friends, 7 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms ensuring privacy and comfort. The pool couldn't be closer to the house, was lovely in the sun and just a short hop to the heated jacuzzi. The whole house was clean, the kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the accommodation was perfectly situated for travel to the beach (walking distance or a short car journey), getting into Lisbon (Uber, trains or driving) and further south to Setubal / Sado Estuary or east to the Tagus Estuary (car). We found plenty of activities to occupy us including excellent bird-watching, surfing, horse-riding, shopping or just sitting in beach bars watching the sun set.

There were minor niggles with the house, predominantly relating to electrics (AC and outside water pump tripping) but the house managers, Marie-Anne and Sergio, sorted everything as soon as we brought items to their attention and we had excellent service to from Jorge the friendly pool guy. Nothing detracted from our lovely time.
