About this house rental
This luxury private home leaves no stone unturned for your Snowmass vacation! With major renovations completed in June 2022, this mountain-modern chalet is teeming with all of the latest upgrades.
Arrive en masse and spread out as up to thirteen guests can comfortably stay at this mountain home. Both upper level and lower level family rooms enable larger parties to enjoy games, big screen TV, and other social gatherings. Alternatively, take advantage of the hot tub deck out back or the new patio & firepit in front. With indoor and outdoor seating for group meals, this is the perfect setting for a big family and friends getaway in summer and winter. And don't worry about parking -- there is ample room for three large vehicles.
This private home has an abundance of space. The luxurious Master bedroom is on the upper level, boasting a high vaulted ceiling, smart TV, a sitting area, a large luxury bathroom with a heated floor, and lots of storage for a longer stay. All lower level bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, smart TVs, and desks for private work or calls. The main living level consists of a large open floor plan under soaring vaulted ceilings, featuring a designer kitchen with all new appliances and an island with 5 bar stools. Enjoy your meals around the dining room table or overlooking the valley at the round granite table in the family room. Lounge with your guests by the wood-burning fireplace or venture outside to the front or back deck. If you are combining work with pleasure or just looking to get away from the crowd, head up the spiral staircase to the office loft, where you will find an oversized desk equipped with a printer and served by the property's high-speed wireless internet as well as a pair of chairs to settle into with a good book. If you need to get the juices flowing, head to the lower level and take advantage of the Nordic Track Mirror workout system, stocked with a full set of barbells and bands, as well as complimentary workout programs -- or watch the big game and take advantage of the downstairs beverage station.
Don't forget about the amazing location just up the hill from Snowmass Mall and Base Village. Ski access is downhill both ways, courtesy of the Adams Ave ski run that intersects with Wood Road just down the hill (ski out) and with Edgewood Lane just around the corner (ski in). The spacious outdoor deck enjoys privacy from the surrounding forest and comes complete with a sunken hot tub, BBQ/gas grill, plenty of furniture, and a basketball hoop in driveway. Enjoy a soak after skiing, relax in the home's spa-like steam shower, or just gather around the firepit to relive the day's adventures
