About this villa rental
With a private pool and a beautiful garden, this fantastic villa is located very close to the coast of Can Picafort and welcomes 8 guests.
The property's wonderful garden is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. It features an 8m x 5m saltwater swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.8m to 2.10m, as well as a 3m x 3m children's area. Outside the villa, you will also find sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing, a barbecue and a porch with several tables where you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your companions. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.
The interior of the two-storey house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. In it, you will find a living room equipped with AC and TV-sat and a dining area with a large table where you can enjoy your favourite dishes. The kitchen, which has access to the dining room, is induction and has AC and everything you need to cook in total comfort. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. A bathroom with shower serves this floor. When it is time to sleep, there are 4 bedrooms, all of them with double bed and AC. On the ground floor there are 3 of them, one of which has access to the garden and an en suite bathroom with shower. The last bedroom is located on the top floor and has access to a large terrace and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
The accommodation is located in a fantastic area of the island where in addition to the sun and the sea you can enjoy a great summer and family atmosphere. The area offers all the necessary services for your holidays and you will also find a wide gastronomic offer. The nearest beach is that of Son Bauló, and also nearby is the beach of Can Picafort, both with turquoise waters and fine sand. There are many nearby places worth visiting such as s'Albufera, Alcúdia or Pollença.
The fireplace is decorative (cannot be used).

This was our second time staying at Mulholland Villa and this time was as wonderful as the first. The villa and it’s garden are beautiful, clean, well equipped and well maintained. It is in a great position - ideal for walking to the beach, restaurants and shops. Both the owners and Homerti were extremely helpful - we had an issue with the fridge and the owners came around straight away and sorted it for us. We had such a wonderful time that we’re already thinking about booking again.

The villa was perfect . A beautiful property which was ideal for our grandparent through to baby holiday. Peaceful, but with the beach, supermarkets and restaurants close by.

This is a fantastic place - good facilities and great location. Quiet but within easy reach of beaches, restaurants, shops etc. Walkable to Can Picafort or a 40 min bus to Alcudia where there is a waterpark, watersports hire etc.
Son Baulo is really nice too. And very easy to spend long lazy days by the private pool which is perfect for children.
Only downside is the local agents' communication re check in. We contacted them several times in advance to request a 2pm check in (due to flight times with small children) and were told first that this could be agreed 2 days in advance, then later told it was only possible on the day. When we arrived we were told it had to be 4pm, then 10 minutes later were called to say the owner would come immediately. The owner was really helpful and apologised - he said he could have arranged to be there waiting for us if the agent's had asked at any time. Frustrating but did not spoil a great holiday.
