About this apartment rental

Experience a historic atmosphere combined with modern luxury. The KAISEREINS apartment—built on its original foundation around 1630 and later expanded upward to serve as a warehouse—has been sustainably restored and furnished by us to offer you an unforgettable stay.
Located in the bustling center of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Quedlinburg, you can reach the train station, organic grocery store, bank, post office, market square, or the St. Servatius Collegiate Church on the Schloßberg in just a few minutes on foot.
The Accommodation
The Accommodation
The furnishings consist primarily of restored or high-quality, handcrafted furniture featuring traditional wooden joinery.
A small entryway welcomes you on the first floor, from which a quarter-turn staircase elegantly winds its way up to the first floor.

Once there, you’ll enter the living area with an open kitchen and a cozy sitting area, which is the perfect spot to linger in the evening with a drink while playing a board game or two.
The comfortable couch with a recamier creates the perfect atmosphere of well-being while watching an exciting movie on the flat-screen TV or reading a captivating book—you can choose one from our small library.
Minimalist, abstract works from the Straka studio, located across from the Kaisereins apartment, underscore the harmonious design concept of the rooms.

Via a ladder staircase typical of the building’s era, you reach a landing on the second floor, which provides access to the two separate bedrooms and the bathroom with a toilet and shower.
Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m.
Natural down and feather comforters ensure a restful night’s sleep in both the cold and warm seasons.

If you are traveling with a toddler, a crib can be provided free of charge upon request.

We power our house with electricity from 100% renewable sources provided by Greenpeace Energy.

A modern wall-mounted heating system, powered by a highly efficient, low-emission natural gas condensing boiler, ensures comfortable warmth. The clay plaster used in all rooms helps naturally regulate humidity, thereby contributing to a healthy indoor climate. By using organic building and insulation materials, we have contributed to a sustainable building renovation.

Additional Important Information
House-trained, well-behaved PETS are permitted ONLY UPON REQUEST due to the delicate furnishings, including wooden floors and clay plaster on the walls!!!
