Private beach access also available with kayaking/paddle boarding to Clam Island. This 5-bedrm, 5-bathrm luxe home is equidistant to both Sag Harbor and Southampton Village with plenty of shopping, dining, and beach options.
A "smart" home with high tech security and amenities, it is an oasis for all your Summer vacation desires. There is a high-end Chef’s kitchen, seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces, a pool shed with TV and heated outdoor shower, and a fire pit area perfect for s’mores. Backyard is fenced in and surrounded by pristine nature providing privacy for the whole family to enjoy.

Around a 2-hour drive from New York City, summer vacationers call Sage Hill home every August and enjoy all that the Hamptons have to offer.

Spot an Osprey’s nest, grab a Big Olaf’s homemade ice cream on Long Wharf, or read a John Steinbeck novel on one of the many beaches to choose from minutes away—-Havens Beach, Long Beach, or Sag Main Beach. Two popular hiking trails include Elizabeth Morton Nature Preserve and Trout Pond, within minutes of the house.

Hands down the best rental we have EVER stayed at, it was new construction heaven, just WOW! Everything was brand new. Such effortless style and comfort, we immediately felt at home and our kids loved it as much as we did. There were multiple areas to hang out, so we did not feel on top of each other. The entertaining space is so spacious, well stocked, and well laid out, the kids loved the Den and the huge TV, and we were able to get work done in the office. The chef’s kitchen is a dream. The bedrooms and all the en suites are so spacious and gorgeously decorated, beautiful lighting and artwork all around. The pictures do not do this place justice. There are windows galore, and copious light, it just had such an uplifting feeling. The pool is a delight, the back deck and BBQs wonderful. The neighborhood was so peaceful we felt like we were truly away from it all, while only being a short drive to Sag Harbor, and the beaches. Bridgehampton and Southampton were also only 10-15 minutes away, so it was very centrally located. We had the most incredible time, and Heidi was very responsive and helpful with suggestions, we will definitely be back, with so much more to explore!
