About this house rental
This flat is located in Font de Sa Cala (Capdepera). It consists of two independent flats with capacity for 12 guests in total.
This will be the perfect accommodation for two families who want to spend their holidays together while keeping their independence at the same time, as it consists of two flats: both on the first floor.
The flats share the main outdoor areas, where you will find the 8x8m chlorine swimming pool, with a depth between 1.4m and 2m, the barbecue, and a porch with sofas and a large table where you can have a drink or a meal with your companions. In addition, both flats offer furnished terraces where you can enjoy eating outdoors.
Both flats have a nice living-dining room with AC and TV-sat (one of them also has a fireplace). The kitchens are vitroceramic, independent and are equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. In both houses there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms in each flat, all with fans. One has a double bed, while the rest have 2 single beds each. There are two bathrooms with shower in each. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.
This property is located in Font de Sa Cala, a small urbanization halfway between Capdera and Cala Rajada, a great tourist destination within the island of Mallorca that offers all the necessary services for an independent stay. Only 500 metres away from the property is the magical Caló des Carregador, ideal to enjoy the purest Mediterranean. There are also other beautiful beaches in the area, such as Cala Mesquida or Cala Torta. The area enjoys a great nightlife and you can visit nearby places of interest such as the caves of Artà or the Castle of Capdepera.
