Tucked into a large aspen grove, it’s perfect for people looking to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Breck but be “close to the action.” You’ll and your group will also love the private hot tub and nearby hiking/biking/snowshoeing trails!
This spacious 5-bedroom + den, 5-bathroom deluxe home sleeps up to 12 people – and with all this room to spread out, it’s great for multiple families to share! Inside, the home has rustic décor and two living areas: one on the mail level with a wood fireplace large flat-screen TV and Blu-Ray player, and the second one on the lower level with a floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace. There’s even a foosball table for family fun!
The kitchen has granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, as well as all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The large dining table seats nine, and there’s room for six more at the counter. Just outside the dining area, there’s a large deck with a private hot tub, a gas grill, and a fire pit table.
There’s also a full laundry area and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. We had another amazing stay at Aspencliffe. The sulfar smell of the water was more than we remembered last year, but the fridge filtered water tasted great. We had everything we needed and are already planning next year's trip!

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The home is on the highway with loud noise pollution, there is no basement.....three story home with outdated stairs and handrails. The description of a basement is misleading, the main floor is one story up from the "basement", and the second level is three level ups. Plus from the parking area is another level up. The deck and hot tub are worn out and of no value with the noise pollution.
