Fisherman's House No. 7 is a 3-room apartment that sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, with free internet access (Wi-Fi) and a telephone (for domestic calls only)!
It is located on the first floor, measures 53 m², and features a terrace with a beach chair typical of the Baltic Sea region. In the living area, you’ll find a sleeper sofa with armchairs, a separate dining area, a flat-screen TV, and an internet radio.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. All necessary kitchen utensils, as well as plenty of cutlery, are of course also provided.
The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is a children’s room with a bunk bed and a window.
Another highlight of the apartment is the sunroom integrated into the living area, where you can relax wonderfully with a good book. From the sunroom, you can access the terrace, which offers a side view of Lake Neuensien and, in the summer, a very cozy beach chair.
The apartment includes a free parking space in the underground garage beneath the Mönchgut building. You can store your bicycles in a locked room in the Wizlaw building.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s basement.
