Good location between fiesta Texas and Schlitterbahn water parks. Check in was simple and the kitchen had a blender, which was very convenient since my son purée baby food for their eight month little girl. coffee maker for the adults was a plus. Plenty of kitchen space

We stayed for Christmas and had a decent time. We had some issues with the dogs getting through doors. The back door doesn't stay closed unless the door is locked. Our dogs were able to open it pretty easily when it was not locked. They were also able to get the fence gate open one time as it doesn't latch. We were able to keep that closed for the most part as it was wedged in place.
