The property is only accessible by ferry service.

The wood-burning fireplace is not operational.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

The listing was accurate. We did have problems with the code on the door. The call service was very nice and helpful. We did have the same issue throughout the stay we did leave the back door open for access. Other than that we had a great stay. Thank you

We had a great stay here! The pictures accurately portrayed the house and there was plenty of space and a really nice outdoor space. There is a wagon at the ferry we weren't made aware of and a lock on the bikes with no code provided.
Very much a bare bones house. Kitchen was adequately stocked. The stove only had one working burner. Felt the property was well priced.
Would definitely come back!

Our group loved our stay at this house. We all fit comfortably and the location was absolutely incredible. Its a private walkway to the house right outside Ocean beach. We lost power due to a storm but it made the stay even funner. The vacasa team quickly communicated with us.

We loved the location, but the home was loaded with spiders, most appliances did not work (dishwasher did not work, blender, toaster oven, the stove top only half worked) - plus the pots were scratched (and with Teflon not useable) The shower door was broken and would not close, the toilet paper roll holder had no dowel to hold roll, toilet seat very loose, door frames were chipped and dirty, hold in wall next the bed in room with bunkbeds, laundry closet had missing doors.
