OCEAN VIEWS, POOL, VERY NICE, 1-MINUTE WALK FROM THE BEACH
It’s a beautiful and cozy apartment, very comfortable for 5–6 people, with Wi-Fi. It has been recently renovated, features new furniture, and has a lovely balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. It’s fully furnished, has a pool, and is very well equipped.
It has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious and cheerful double bed, and the other bedroom has 3 single beds (bunk bed + trundle bed). Both have closets for storing clothes. If a sixth person were to come, they could sleep on the chaise lounge sofa, which, while not a bed, has seats that extend and is quite large.
The living room is very nice, with a large, comfortable sofa, new furniture, Wi-Fi, etc. The living room opens onto a balcony with ocean views—a fantastic spot to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner while watching the sunset.
It features a new, well-equipped kitchen and a fully stocked bathroom with a bathtub. Everything is very well-maintained, complete, and fully equipped (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.).
The apartment is right next to the boardwalk—just a few meters away—and you can reach the beach in a 1-minute walk.
There’s also a communal area with a large pool, a lawn, shaded areas, and a small pool for babies or young children.
It’s also just a few meters from a large supermarket and surrounded by a multitude of shops and businesses, ranging from typical tourist shops selling souvenirs to banks and clothing stores, as well as everyday essentials like bakeries, butcher shops, fish markets, produce stands, and more. Everything is less than a 4- to 5-minute walk away.
There are also various types of bars and restaurants in the area for lunch or dinner, ranging from traditional paella and seafood spots to pizzerias and even more authentic establishments serving home-cooked meals, depending on your preferences.
