The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an outdoor staircase. It features two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, and an additional TV), a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The living and dining area features a flat-screen TV and a fireplace for cozy evenings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. The floors are partially carpeted in the living and sleeping areas, lined with linoleum in the kitchen and dining areas, and tiled in the bathroom. The apartment has a separate outdoor seating area. A parking space and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Several covered areas on the property are available for smokers.



Here you’ll find 3 comfortable vacation apartments in a central location. The building was newly constructed in 2005 and renovated in 2021; it is equipped with heating and has been partially refurnished. One parking space is available for each vacation apartment. Outside, a fire pit and two barbecue areas invite you to enjoy cozy get-togethers. A ping-pong table, a sandbox, and two playhouses equipped with various games are available for your use. Bicycles or e-bikes can be stored in the lockable bike shed. You can also rent bicycles for a fee of €5.00 per bike per day.

The initial set of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be added to your reservation for a fee. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
