About this house rental
We’ve redesigned our small, cozy, charming log cabin for our guests with great attention to detail and solid wood furniture. The vacation cabin has a living area of 34 m² and consists of a bedroom with two beds (0.9 x 2.0 m) that can be pushed together. In the kitchen-living area, there is a small loft (cozy nook) accessible via an open staircase. (It includes a mattress measuring 1.4 x 2.0 m.) The sofa can also be pulled out to form a bed (size: 1.4 x 2.0 m).
The infrared heater and the wood-burning stove provide cozy warmth for relaxing moments. Underfloor heating in the entryway and bathroom provides pleasant warmth. Outside, there is a small covered patio with seating for 4 people. In front of the house, there is a barbecue area. (Grill provided)
The Sonnreith vacation cabin is situated in a quiet location on a sunny slope next to a few neighboring houses, offering a magnificent panoramic view.
To the south and west, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and down into the town center of Spital am Pyhrn. The Pyhrn Cathedral stands out prominently against the town center. On the west side of the cabin, you can enjoy your snack undisturbed in the evening sun.
From the cabin, a beautiful hiking trail leads directly to the Hofalm at the foot of the great Pyhrgas. The mountain bike trail is also in the immediate vicinity (100 m). Many free amenities in summer with the Pyhrn-Priel Card.
Winter equipment (snow chains) is required in winter driving conditions!
On-site fees: Check-in from 2:00 PM or by arrangement; check-out by 10:00 AM or by arrangement. In summer, from mid-May to mid-October, as well as during the fall break, you’ll receive the Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard free of charge with your stay, granting you free access to a variety of recreational activities. (Mountain railways, public transportation, museums, swimming pools, hikes, and much more.) If you are unable to take your vacation due to COVID-19 restrictions, you can cancel free of charge!
