The first suite is a two-bedroom condo that sleeps eight guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area present a dramatic mountain view. Home chefs will be pleased to find an array of quality appliances in the kitchen, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator. The kitchen bar seats two and the dining table seats six. The Everline Resort & Spa charges a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax (subject to change) for each room of your stay in order to provide services and amenities that enhance the guest experience. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Visitor Valet $40/hr,
Visitor Self parking $30/hr.
Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
