The flat was very good with everything you could ask for (AC, mosquito nets, sunblinds). Everything was clean, except for the bed shelfs and lamps on it (could use a bit dust cleaning).
The woman was very nice, helpful and patient.
We haven't been to the beach, so it's a neutral 3. The place of the flat itself is currently surrounded by a building site for new houses.
We (2 families with 4 kids) can recommend it!
