The Space:
This condo is equipped with cozy and stylish finishings, with amazing attention to details. As you stay here you will find great touches like a margarita shaker and tequila recipe book, a dog bed, tea kettle, and well-appointed decor that really makes you feel at home and welcome. High-speed internet, LG Smart TVs with cable and streaming in every room, a washer/dryer, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, blackout curtains, and one private assigned parking space are all provided. This 2BR / 2BA unit sleeps 4 with a king bed in one room and a queen in the other, with plenty of pillows!
Start your day with coffee on the patio enjoying the view, then grab one of our provided beach towels to the infinity pool, just one floor down from you. After soaking up the sun, end your day by walking a short 5-10 minutes to some of the best restaurants in town.

The Neighborhood:
Bucerias’ 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and Mexican village charm take you back to simpler times. It has become a popular destination in the Riviera Nayarit, but it has managed to keep its authenticity. Many say Bucerias is very much like Puerto Vallarta was in the 1950s, where you can experience the joys of a laid-back beach town without the tourist-palooza that is Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta.
Getting Around:
Bucerias is easily walkable to anywhere you'd like to go - the beach, the market, restaurants, etc. To get to other areas of the bay, Uber and Indriver are our preferred modes of transportation due to the ease and competitive pricing.

Pros:
Management company is wonderful to deal with. Very quick to get back to you with a response.
Condo unit: Clean and well laid out. Main bedroom:king. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Comfortable mattress.
AC and ceiling fans throughout.
Wifi in the unit is steady and pretty reliable.
The pool area: Infinity pool is a great bonus. You can bring drinks down as long as its not in a glass container.
Smaller gym with only one of each machine. As long as no one else is in there, it’s fine.
Cons:
The hot water in the condo is set up as an “on demand” as opposed to a hot water tank. When you turn the water on, you have to wait about 30-40 seconds for the water to warm up. It is hard to find a warm temperature. It is either cold or scalding hot. Unfortunate.
Wifi: Depending on where you are sitting at the pool it is intermittent. In the gym it is non-existent.
Check in: They have a front desk where you check in. They have a security person manning it. They only speak Spanish so it made it a bit challenging to check in. We were able to muddle through with some Google translate.
Overall, we would recommend staying in this unit

Stayed for a week in April & we loved it so much. The space was perfect for 2 couples, kitchen well stocked and the pool is great. We walked to many different restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Condo was wonderful and fully stocked, do not expect help from anyone around the property, they do not work for you nor do they act friendly when approaching with questions. You are on your own. We had a great and prompt to respond host so that worked well for us. Condo could use a “deep” clean. As far as location it was good not great but only because if I went out anytime of the day by myself at this end of town I did not feel safe. People were not as friendly as I have experienced in over 30 plus trips to all over Mexico.

The condo had a terrific view of the ocean from the balcony. It was located right on the beach with direct and secure access to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and pool area. The condo was accurately described. The kitchen had all appliances and was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. My wife really appreciated the security of the property. Communication from the host was very good. We felt the stay provided good value for the money.
